3 Account Registration

The account registration process at bos judi requires you to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, Malaysian identification number (MyKad), active mobile number, and a valid email address.

• Password confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Identity verification (KYC): Bos judi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
• Latest information: You must keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and bank account details for withdrawal purposes.
• Prohibited activities: Any attempt to access another person's account, hack into the system, or exploit technical vulnerabilities is a serious violation that may result in legal action.

4 Deposit & Payment

All deposits into the bos judi must be made using the listed payment methods and must be in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Bos judi does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

• All deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Bos judi is not responsible for any delays or failed deposits caused by technical issues on the part of the payment service provider.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests at bos judi will be processed in accordance with the procedures and conditions set out. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 unless otherwise specified for certain VIP accounts.

• Identity verification: First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 require completed identity verification (KYC) before processing.
• Recipient account: Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the bos judi yours.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. VIP accounts are eligible for expedited processing within 24 hours.
• Rollover requirements: Before a withdrawal is approved, you must fulfil all rollover requirements associated with any bonuses received.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by bos judi – including a welcome bonus of up to RM 388, cashback, free spins, and reload bonuses – are subject to the terms and rollover requirements set for each respective promotion.

• Standard rollover: Deposit bonuses generally require a rollover of 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type. Full terms are stated on the respective promotions page.
• Validity period: Most bonuses are valid for 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Any bonus not used within this period will expire automatically.
• One active bonus at a time: Members may only use one active bonus at a time, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse policy: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through multiple accounts, fictitious wagering, or other unauthorised methods will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the account.
• Discretion: Bos judi reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Rules

Bos judi offers a wide range of game categories including slots, Live Casino, baccarat, Sports Betting, lottery, and e-sports. Each game category has its own specific rules that all members must follow.

• Final decision: All settled game results are final and may not be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure verifiable by our system.
• Technical disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, bos judi reserves the right to cancel or suspend the game and return the stakes to the member's account.
• Football betting: For bets placed on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other leagues – all confirmed bets are binding. Changes to team formations, substitutions, or external factors do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
• Live Casino: In live casino games such as baccarat and roulette, the dealer's decision is final. Any internet connection disruption on the member's end does not affect the outcome of the game.
• Betting limit: Every game has set minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits may vary depending on the game type and membership tier.

8 Member Conduct

All members bos judi are expected to interact with the platform and other members in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to manipulate or exploit games.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward the support team or other members in the chat.

10 Account Termination

Whether by the member themselves or by a third party bos judi, an account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• Voluntary termination: Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. All valid balances (after rollover requirements have been met) will be refunded.
• Closure by the platform: Bos judi reserves the right to close or suspend the account of any member who violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• Self-exclusion: Members who need a break from gaming may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (1 week to 6 months) or a permanent exclusion through the account settings section.
• Balance upon closure: Should an account be closed due to a terms violation, all balances including real money and bonuses will be forfeited to bos judi.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Terms Amendment

• Continued use of the platform after amendments have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
